these terms and conditions set out the agreement between you and March Dental when you
register under one of our dental care plans. please read them carefully and retain for future
reference. by setting up a direct debit to pay for your chosen plan, you agree to be bound by these
terms.
your plan is specific to March Dental and is non-transferable to other practices or providers.
depending on the plan tier you select, your plan may include the following allowance per year:
