Amiras is the Practice’s most senior clinician and the better half of the couple that head the Practice. Although he is a general practitioner, he harbours a strong belief in continuing professional development and, in the recent few years, has pursued further training in simple orthodontics. He has also spent time training under consultants in the Oral surgery and Maxillo-facial department in Luton and Dunstable Hospital, gaining the advanced skills it takes to perform challenging extractions and in the management of oral cancer.
Much to the annoyance of his wife, he spends all his free time at work, if not in the dental surgery itself, than in the offices, pursuing his ambition and vision to make March Dental Practice one of the leading general dental practices in the region.

Dipali is one half of the husband and wife team that leads our practice. She graduated from the prestigious King’s College in London and has since worked within a general practice setting. Her particular interests lie in restorative dentistry although she enjoys all aspect of general practice. She is particularly great with kids and is expecting her own little one in 2015! She is strongly involved in the training of new staff members, including mentoring new dentists and is recognised by the East of England Education Deanery as a dental supervisor.
She is as devoted to the practice and her patients as she is to her family, leading the team with her own particular brand of energy and enthusiasm.

Marzena qualified in Poland and has a huge fan base of patients, having worked in the Practice for over 10 years. She has cultivated a strong list of very loyal patients over that time. Embodying the Practice’s ethos of continuing professional development, she has been trained to provide implants over and above her general dental skills, and is the go-to dentist for having the gaps in the patient’s mouth restored.
Hayley qualified at Bristol Dental University and moved to Ely with her husband, who is also a dentist. She is bubbly and enthusiastic, going the distance to help make patients feel comfortable and at ease during appointments. Having two small children allows her to engage well with her kiddie patients which encourages a good positive dental experience from a young age!
Her strong work ethic is demonstrated with her commitment in continued education in the latest dental procedures and services so she can offer the best treatment options to her patients.
She is currently offering whitening, teeth straightening (Invisalign/six month smiles), composite bonding and smile makeover services.

Caroline’s calm and relaxing attitude helps put her patients at ease. As she sees some patients 3 or 4 times a year, she is a familiar face and really takes her time getting to know her patients.
Caroline makes the most amazing sausage rolls and we always look forward to her bringing in treats for us!
Gemma has a very gentle approach with her patients. She is very easy to talk to and this makes her very popular with the staff and patients too! Like Caroline, she too gets to see her patients a number of times a year, which helps to put the patients at ease, knowing they will be seeing a familiar face.
